Tai Chi for Health and Wellness

Please join me for an introductory Tai Chi class designed to teach the fundamentals of Tai Chi. Experience the many health and wellness benefits of Tai Chi, including improved balance, coordination, mindfulness, strength, posture, fall prevention, and so much more.
Tai Chi has even been shown to reduce the risk of falls in the senior population, and has been associated with improved memory and cognition!
Tai Chi has something for everyone, and is appropriate for all ages at all fitness levels.

Class Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1pm
Location: The Meeting Room, 6330 Trotter Rd, Clarksville, MD
Cost: $60/4 weeks or $10 per session
Clothing: Comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to move in
